2011 Season: —3 night minimum stay policy —

1. Daily Cash Rate is $185/night.
2. Weekly Cash Rate discounted to $175/ night by the week. (7 nights)
3. Montana’s 7% lodging Tax will be added.
4. $300 refundable security deposit due at booking.
5. A $75 cleaning fee applied per visit.
6. Remainder plus security deposit due 45 days prior to arrival.
7. Sorry, No Pets.  No Smoking.

SO, for example:

—A 3 NIGHT STAY at the DAILY RATE will cost $668.85, taxes and cleaning fee included.

• $300.00 will be due at the time of your booking.
• $368.85 due 6 weeks before arrival.

— A 7 NIGHT STAY at the WEEKLY RATE will cost $1385.75, taxes and cleaning fee included.

• $ 300.00 will be due at the time of your booking.
• $1085.75 due 45 days before arrival.

Notes:

• Cash Deposit Refund of security deposit mailed within 10 days of visit.
• Refunds on deposits only if cancelled 45 days prior to arrival
• Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
• We can be flexible. If you need to Book near term or short notice, please   call me and we will arrange something!
• Acceptable payment methods: personal check, cashier’s check, money order.  Sorry, we are not set up to take credit cards at this site.
