2008 Season: —3 night minimum stay policy —

1. Daily Cash Rate is $185/night.
2. Weekly Cash Rate discounted to $175/ night by the week. 
3. Montana’s 7% Bed Tax will be added.
4. $300 refundable security deposit required.
5. 50% Due at time of booking.
6. Remainder plus security deposit due 30 days prior to arrival.
7. Sorry, No Pets.  No Smoking.

SO, for example:

—A 3 NIGHT STAY at the DAILY RATE will cost $593.85, taxes included.

• $296.93 will be due at the time of your booking.
• $596.92 due 2 weeks before check in.
  ($296.92 remaining room charges,plus the refundable $300 Security deposit)

— A 7 NIGHT STAY at the WEEKLY RATE will cost $1310.75, taxes included.

• $ 655.38 will be due at the time of your booking.
• $955.37 due 30 daysbefore check in.
  ($655.37 remaining room charges, plus the refundable $300 Security deposit

Notes:

• Refunds on deposits only if cancelled 45 days prior to arrival
• Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
• We can be flexible. If you need to Book near term or short notice, please   call me and we will arrange something!
• Acceptable payment methods: personal check, cashier’s check, money order.  Sorry, we are not set up to take credit cards at this site.
